Adam Turner


Adam is an Associate in the Construction Disputes team and is based in our Exeter office.

Adam has acted for a range of clients across the national built-environment sector including developers, insurers, local authorities, and housing associations. Adam is enthusiastic about Trowers' international presence and its role in his practice. 

Adam is familiar with the resolution of claims under the Pre-Action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes. He has experience with the range of ways that a dispute may be handled, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Adam is also well-versed with the requirements of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, and with the construction adjudiciation process in particular.

Adam is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
