Olena Sobchenko


Olena is a qualified Ukrainian lawyer with more then 6 years of experience. She worked in a leading law firm in Ukraine and specialised in insolvency and bankruptcy procedures. 

Olena was engaged in full support of all bankruptcy procedures, both on the side of Creditors and on the side of Debtors. Examples of her work include representation of Clients' interests in court (including the Supreme Court), representation of Creditors in the course of bringing liability claims against directors of the Debtor, representing interests in disputes relating to Debtors' agreements, full legal support and counseling at the stage of sale of the liquidation estates. In addition to working with private companies, Olena has experience working with state enterprises in context of development and implementation of financial restructuring plans, assisting in asset tracing process and supporting enforcement proceedings.
