Rebecca has a diverse client base and acts for developers, housebuilders, contractors, registered providers and local authorities. She specialises in real estate acquisition and sales, transaction structuring, development, regeneration, joint ventures and partnerships and has particular expertise in student accommodation and build to rent projects. She advises on the real estate aspects of development financing having acted for numerous clients seeking funding solutions. Rebecca has advised on numerous large scale projects with key clients including Vistry Group, Wates Group, Mount Anvil, Westminster Borough Council and Peabody.   Particular highlights including advising Vistry on their joint venture with the London Legacy Development Corporation to redevelop Pudding Mill Lane and acting for Wates in their partnership with Sevenoaks District Council as preferred development partner for the regeneration of land east of Sevenoaks High Street, a £138m transformation that will help shape the future of the town centre . As well as technical ability, Rebecca is commercial, pragmatic and reliable - she will get the job done in a way that provides solutions. She is client focused, understands the clients business and ultimate goals and leads her team ensuring efficiency and delivery to a high standard. Her experience acting for a varied mix of clients affords a unique perspective having sat on all sides of the table.
