Dominic Ring


Dominic is a corporate lawyer based in the South West, and works in the firm's Exeter office.

Dominic acts for a broad range of clients, including multi-national companies, start-ups, SMEs, LLP’s, friendly societies, charities and entrepreneurs, across a variety of sectors such as financial services, retail, education, transport, sports, healthcare, and property development.

Dominic has significant experience of private M&A transactions and complex deals involving cross-border acquisitions, asset disposals, corporate reorganisations and equity investments, with a particular specialism in crowdfunding, and assisting in financial services and regulatory matters.

Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Dominic worked at the Press Association for 13 years, including in its legal department, and latterly on IP clearance rights at the London 2012 Olympics.
