Joseph Preisner

Joseph handles a range of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, secured lending, leasing and general landlord and tenant work. Examples of his recent projects include advising on the acquisition and management of investment portfolios, the leasehold structure and disposal of mixed-use developments and the acquisition of business premises for office, retail, restaurant and warehouse use. Joseph has particular expertise in student housing investments having acted on the acquisition of large portfolios of student housing as well as purpose built student accommodation.
