Stephen Moore
The main focus of Stephen's work comprises of investment and development acquisitions, disposals and projects, s106 schemes, property finance transactions and stock rationalisation projects.
Stephen has experience of dealing with portfolio acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and care properties. Stephen has particular sector expertise in the care and supported living sector. Stephen is also involved in the development of new build residential, commercial and care properties for investor clients. Stephen routinely provides site appraisals and reports to clients considering disposing or acquiring sites for redevelopment and is frequently involved in resolving title, funding and planning issues for clients. His expertise includes securitisation, forward funding, leasing and service level care agreements.
Stephen works closely with the firm's corporate team and frequently advises clients on the acquisition of properties using corporate vehicles. Stephen acts for institutional investors, registered providers and private developers on a variety of property related matters.
