Liz Mulley


Elizabeth is a senior associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration. She acts for both private and public sector clients in relation to domestic and international disputes including businesses, charities, councils, government departments, housing associations and private individuals. She also has expertise in group action litigation.

Elizabeth has a wealth of experience with high value and complex contractual disputes, professional negligence, trusts and contested probate, including Beddoe relief, with particular emphasis on complex and commercially sensitive disputes involving allegations of fraud and dishonesty. She has also assisted on Interim Manager appointments for the Charity Commission.

Elizabeth's practical and commercial approach allows her clients to manage litigation cost and commercial risk whilst conducting litigation. She has good relationships with litigation funders, which allows her to identify available funding options for her clients where required.

Elizabeth is on the Junior Advisory Board of Wesleyan.
