Harriet Muffett


Harriet joined the firm in April 2022 from another leading practice and deals with a variety of complex property disputes.

Harriet is a Solicitor Advocate having obtained Higher Rights of Audience in 2021.

Harriet has experience acting for landlords, tenants, developers, high net worth individuals and public sector clients in a range of matters involving; Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, contract disputes, multi-party disputes, service charge disputes, possession claims and debt recovery. 

Harriet regularly deals with contentious matters in the High Court, County Court and First-tier Tribunal.
