Zaw is an English-qualified non-contentious construction and engineering lawyer.
With private practice and in-house backgrounds, Zaw's practice primarily focuses on major international construction projects within the energy sector including renewables and oil and gas.

Zaw was previously employed by a London-based global energy contractor and his experience includes advising on the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border crude oil pipeline in Africa as well as a number of major projects in Europe vital to decarbonisation. 

He has extensive experience and knowledge in drafting, negotiating, administration and interpretation of various agreements including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM), Operation and Maintenance (O&M), FEED, pre-FEED, PMC, technology licensing agreements and industry standard forms such as FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC and IChemE contracts.
