Join us for a lively debate on the impact of Restructuring Plans 5 years on from their introduction. Katie Farmer and Dan Butler will be joined by guest speakers Matthew Weaver KC from Radcliffe Chambers and David Pike from Interpath, where they will draw on their experiences over the last 5 years including the Restructuring Plans they've been involved in such as Cineworld and Madagascar Oil.
The session will consider how Restructuring Plans have matured over the 5 years since their introduction, including current trends and what has changed from the earliest plans. We will also look ahead to the next 5 years and discuss increased case management and the approach of creditors when challenging a proposed plan.
