She has a wide range of experience of advising Insolvency Practitioners, directors, companies, creditors, individuals and others facing or affected by insolvency issues. Katie advises on both personal and corporate insolvency. She regularly acts for Insolvency Practitioners and buyers in transactions involving insolvent businesses in all sectors. Katie also acts for secured lenders and receivers and advises in connection with the appointment of LPA and Fixed Charge Receivers. Katie is experienced in advising Insolvency Practitioners, companies, directors and individuals in relation to insolvency litigation, including misfeasance, antecedent transactions and disqualification. 

Katie has been recognised, in the 2022 edition of the Legal 500 as a Rising Star for Insolvency & Corporate Recovery and is described as 'highly technical and effective'.
