Trowers' Commercial Litigation team in Exeter continues to grow
Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has further expanded its Commercial Litigation team in Exeter with the hire of new insolvency partner Katie Farmer.
Katie is a Partner specialising in Restructuring and Insolvency. She has a wide range of experience of advising Insolvency Practitioners, directors, companies, creditors, individuals and others facing or affected by financial distress and insolvency issues.
Katie advises on both personal and corporate insolvency. She regularly acts for Insolvency Practitioners and buyers in transactions involving insolvent businesses in all sectors. Katie also acts for secured lenders, and advises in connection with the appointment of LPA and Fixed Charge Receivers. Katie is experienced in advising Insolvency Practitioners, companies, directors and individuals in relation to insolvency litigation, including misfeasance, antecedent transactions and disqualification.
