Jeni Hancock

As well as advising on real property matters ,such as easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes, Jeni has particular expertise in commercial property matters and regularly advises on landlord and tenant issues including; breach of covenants, service charges, break notices, lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture. Jeni also specialises in telecoms and regularly provides advice to private and public sector landowners on their rights under the Electronic Communications Code including, access and renewal requests, and strategic advice regarding the removal of telecommunications equipment. Jeni's clients include pension funds, institutional property investors, local authorities and private individuals.
