Lydia Jones


Lydia is a solicitor in our Housing and Regeneration department and advises private, public and charitable organisations in relation to residential development.

She acts for both buyers and sellers working on a variety of development transactions of varying complexity including large scale development sites. She works regularly on conditional contracts, leases and on various matters affecting title delivering tailored advice to clients.

Lydia also advises public bodies in relation to various affordable housing programmes aimed at delivering affordable housing solutions within Greater London and at a national level.

She advises and drafts grant funding agreements designed to provide government grant to organisations within the housing sector which include private and public bodies as well as mixed consortia. Lydia has worked on both Homes England's and the Greater London Authority's Affordable Housing Programmes for 2016/21 and, more recently, on Homes England's Community Housing Fund and Move On Fund.
