Amira Jafri


Amira is a lawyer in the International Corporate department of Trowers & Hamlins. She joined in November 2022 from a reputable Malaysian law firm.

She has experience in various corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate advisory, and commercial contracts. She has advised a range of clients, including governmental institutions, fund managers, and operating businesses, in various sectors, including private equity, aviation, logistics, automotive, property, financial services, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.

Amira completed a secondment with a listed fuel retailer based in the UAE, during which she worked closely with the commercial teams, and drafted and reviewed agreements relating to the fuel and non-fuel retail sector.
