Holly is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team and is based in our Manchester office.
Holly assists clients with commercial property disputes, and dispute avoidance; providing strategic, risk based advice.
She assists clients with landord and tenant matters including contested and uncontested lease renewals, vacant possession strategy, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge disputes, and rent arrears claims, as well as providing advice on wider land law issues such as rights of way and restrictive covenants.
