Gill Hill
Gill specialises in the low cost home ownership models and volume disposals. Gill acts on behalf of various RPs and private developers on a wide range of property disposals and purchases.
Gill has many years of experience working within the affordable housing sector and is accustomed to delivering volume transactions within the timescales required by clients.
Gill acts for various RPs in shared ownership sale schemes, staircasing transactions, preserved right to buy, right to acquire, surrender and re-grants, assignments, homebuy transactions and outright sales. She also has experience of setting up shared ownership plot sale schemes and in residential property, dealing with sales and purchases of properties.
Gill has responsibility for the day to day management of the Sales and Homeownership team and specialises in providing a bespoke case management system to enhance service delivery.
In 2015, Gill was shortlisted as Legal Executive of the Year in the Manchester Legal Awards.
