George Dowson

In the industrial and logistics space, he acts for investment owners, developers and occupiers across the full lifecycle of assets, from acquisition and development through to financing and asset management. His development practice focuses on procured development schemes, acting for both private sector developers and public sector landowners on complex mixed-use regeneration projects that unlock publicly owned sites for development. George also brings complementary expertise in energy, rights of light and telecoms, enabling him to advise on the specialist property issues that arise on major development schemes. As a core member of the firm's Logistics Sector Group and Telecoms Sector Group, he is well placed to provide clients with sector-specific insight alongside a full-service offering across commercial real estate. George organises and sometimes captains the firm's cricket team.
