Jess acts for a number of national and local registered providers and developers. Her work includes advising on a range of matters including site acquisitions and sales, development and bank financing work.
Jess drafts and negotiates development agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts and golden brick agreements.
Jess also has experience of reporting to clients on title, searches and highlighting the key issues when purchasing sites.
