Kate assists clients with advice and the necessary work including that in relation to obtaining Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, the completion and submission of Inheritance Tax Returns, claiming of Nil Rate Bands, dealings with the District Valuer and HMRC Estate Compliance cases, HMRC Registration of Complex Estates and Deeds of Variation.
She undertakes Probate and Estate Administration matters based both regionally and in London.
Kate also advises on and prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney and both simple and asset protection Wills including the incorporation of Life Interest Trusts for clients.
