Law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been recognised in the latest Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2026.
The guide ranks leading lawyers and law firms for international private wealth and is based on in-depth analysis carried out by a dedicated team of experienced researchers.
In the 2026 edition, Trowers achieved rankings in the following categories:
- Band 1 for Private Wealth Disputes South West
- Retained its Band 2 ranking for Private Wealth Law
There was also individual recognition in the South West for Exeter-based lawyers Charisse Crawford, Frank Cook and Holly Bryan. Charisse retained her status as one of the leading practitioners in the region, ranking in Band 1 for Private Wealth Disputes. Chambers' research highlighted that "she fights hard for her clients; she is a tough negotiator and a hard-nosed litigator."
Holly Bryan was ranked as a 'Star Associate' and was praised for her "sophistication and level of service" and for being "very efficient dealing with heavyweight cases and getting great results for her clients". Frank Cook was listed in Band 2 for Private Wealth Law.
In Birmingham, Partner Helen Briant moved up to Band 1 in Private Wealth Disputes West Midlands for the first time. Chambers' research described her as the "supreme ace at devising effective strategies", adding that "she is in her element handling high-value, complex cases, demonstrating excellence in strategic planning and client relations."
