Frank acts on behalf of families, individuals, attorneys, trustees and executors in respect of all aspects of UK estate planning.

Frank provides advice in relation to will drafting, asset protection, estate administration, trust creation and management, court of protection matters, powers of attorney and agricultural matters.

Frank is often called upon by intermediaries such as wealth managers, financial advisers and accountants to assist their clients in providing appropriate expertise at what can be difficult and challenging times in their lives.

Frank is a partner in the firm's Private Wealth team in Exeter and has been ranked as an up and coming practitioner (Chambers High Net Worth 2018).

Frank is a regular speaker at seminars and has appeared on BBC radio to comment on current affairs relating to private client matters.
