Jade Divers


Jade is an Associate in the real estate team specialising in public procurement law and is based in our London office.

Jade is a public procurement specialist who advises both public and private sector clients on the full expanse of procurement legislation in the UK. Jade also advises on subsidy control matters and has experience in commercial contract drafting.

Jade has advised on procurements and variations under both the Procurement Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 (both for contracting authorities and suppliers), and enjoys supporting clients develop and implement effective and innovative procurement strategies. Jade joined the firm after a period of time working as an inhouse commercial and procurement lawyer in government departments.

Her experience includes:

  • Advising contracting authority clients on the issues arising from the procurement of IT systems to support back-office functions.
  • Advising a number of contracting authority clients on issues arising from the procurement of, or variations to, major repairs and maintenance and voids programmes.
  • Drafting template procurement documents for compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, including invitations to tender, PSQs and framework agreements. 
  • Advising a housing association on its competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 for its capital investment agreements programme.

Jade is also a member of the Procurement Lawyer's Association since October 2025.
