Chris Doherty
Chris is an associate in our commercial and data team and advises on a broad range of commercial contracts and data privacy matters across a range of sectors, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing.
He regularly advises on a variety of complex and high value commercial contracts, including:
- information technology and artificial intelligence agreements, advising both providers and customers of IT services;
- website terms and conditions;
- goods and services agreements;
- healthcare agreements, including patient terms and clinic agreements; and
- manufacturing and distribution agreements.
His data privacy experience includes advising controllers and processors on a wide variety of complex and innovative data processing activities, including in relation to the use of sensitive medical information for clinical and research purposes. He has a particular interest in international data transfers and regularly advises on the implementation of appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and transfer risk assessments.
