Mark Churchman


Mark is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate department.

Mark is a corporate lawyer with broad experience advising institutional private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investors on a range of matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, co-investments, equity syndications and general corporate and commercial advisory work.

Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins LLP in 2021, Mark was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity M&A team of Vinson & Elkins RLLP and before that Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in London. Over the past decade he has advised clients on significant transactions across various sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure (particularly renewable energy), technology and financial services.
