Lily is an Australian Qualified Solicitor in the International Construction Disputes team in Dubai and specialises in construction and engineering disputes across the Middle East and internationally.

Lily has experience with complex, large-scale and high-value projects within the oil and gas, energy, utilities, infrastructure, and residential and commercial development sectors. Lily has represented private and public employers, and international and local developers and construction companies, including as contractors and subcontractors, across all stages of a dispute: from early-stage claim review and pre-dispute strategy through to formal proceedings. Lily regularly works alongside delay, quantum and technical experts in the context of construction and engineering disputes. Lily's expertise spans the full range of dispute resolution mechanisms, including international arbitration (under ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, BCDR and DIAC institution rules), litigation (in Australia), expert determination and pre-formal proceedings.
