Karl Behrouz
Karl is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team and is a part of the Financial Services Regulatory and Investment Funds group, based in our London office.
He specialises in advising fund sponsors on the structuring and formation of investment vehicles as well as advising institutional investors on their fund investments.
He is a go-to advisor to a range of clients, including investment managers, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and high net-worth individuals.
He has experience operating across many key fund formation jurisdictions including the UK, the US, the Cayman Islands, Jersey and the UAE.
Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Karl was a Partner in the London office of a New York law firm and previously served as in-house counsel to the UK’s social impact investment wholesaler.
