International law firm, Trowers & Hamlins, has expanded its Financial Services Regulatory and Investment Funds team in London with the hire of Funds specialist Karl Behrouz.
Karl specialises in advising institutional investors on fund structures and the formation of investment vehicles with additional expertise in managing investment portfolios. Throughout his career, Karl has worked alongside venture capital fund sponsors, alternative asset managers, pension funds and high net worth individuals.
He has operated across different locations including the UK, the US, the Cayman Islands and the UAE, alongside other offshore jurisdictions.
With 14 years of experience, Karl joins Trowers from the London branch of New York firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle.
