Hazel Bachi
Hazel is a lawyer in the International Corporate Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
She joined in November 2022 from a reputable Malaysian law firm where she practiced as an associate in the corporate department. Hazel has experience representing both domestic and foreign clients in various corporate matters which include mergers & acquisitions, cross-border investment, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructurings. She has acted on transactions in a variety of industries including healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, telecommunications and education.
