On Tuesday 10 March, we launched our new mini series, Navigating Change with the ERA. In this first session, we looked at the upcoming reforms to unfair dismissal and what the new rules will mean for employers in practice.
We explored the key changes introduced by the Employment Rights Act, how the qualifying period and compensation framework are shifting, and what steps organisations should be taking now to prepare for the new landscape. The session provided practical guidance on managing risk, reviewing internal processes, and supporting managers through the transition.
