On Tuesday 21 April, we explored the emerging challenges employers are facing as artificial intelligence tools become more widely used in the workplace, including how AI is driving an increase in employee grievances.

We looked at the rise of AI generated grievances, how employers should approach longer, more complex and legally framed submissions, and the risks associated with process, confidentiality and data handling. The session also considered practical steps for managing these grievances fairly, proportionately and in line with existing legal and procedural obligations.
