In our October briefing, we were delighted to be joined by contaminated land specialists Sophie Davies and Lucy Cooper of Hilson Moran, who focused on the legal and practical aspects of site remediation.
The session explored the full life cycle of remediation, from initial investigations through to verification and sign-off. We also heard from Trowers' experts David Cordery and Amanda Stubbs on how risk can be managed through development agreements, construction contracts and appointments.
