We were delighted to be joined by Diversity and Inclusion professional, Sam Phillips to discuss making employers truly inclusive for disabled staff. 

Sam Phillips has 28 years experience of diversity and inclusion and, as well as running her own specialist consultancy, is currently the interim Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Consultant at the England and Wales Cricket Board.

We discussed making the business case for disability inclusion, particular issues arising for neurodiverse employees, taking positive action to achieve inclusion, and practical every day reasonable adjustments for employers to make.
