To kick start our Trowers Tuesday month on Maximising Inclusivity, and in honour of Pride month we discussed positive ways that employers can embrace inclusivity and diversity in relation to the LGBTQ+ community.
We were delighted to be joined by Steven McIntyre for our most recent Trowers Tuesdays. Steven is the CEO of Stonewall Housing, the UK’s oldest LGBTQ+ specific housing support and advice service.
We discussed and answered questions on making the business case for diversity and inclusion, maximising inclusivity at work for LGBTQ+ staff and the particular issues they could be dealing with during the pandemic and lockdown and the support employers can offer.
