How can we help you?

Join us on Tuesday 27 January at 11.30am, as we continue our exploration of dismissals for some other substantial reason (SOSR) and build on the key issues we covered in our session back in 2025.

We'll take a closer look at when SOSR may apply, exploring further common scenarios such as breakdowns in working relationships and third party pressure, and consider how employers can continue to approach these dismissals fairly and lawfully in practice.

John Turnbull will be joined by Laura Welchew and Rebecca Cheshire to share practical insights and support HR and business leaders in managing SOSR dismissals with confidence.

Please send over your questions in advance, and we look forward to seeing you there!
