How can we help you?

Join us on Tuesday 13 May where we will be discussing the Supreme Court's decision in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers and what impact this could have on employers and the workplace.

This well publicised decision concluded that the definition of "woman" in the Equality Act 2010 refers to a biological woman and the definition of "sex" refers to biological sex. Due to this, the EHRC is now working to update its full guidance.

Rebecca McGuirk will joined by Emma Burrows and Nicola Ihnatowicz to discuss the implications of the Supreme Court's decision for employers and to answer your questions.

Please do send in any questions in advance. We look forward to seeing you there!
