Yes, it's that time of year again and we're delighted to be kicking off our (ever-popular!) 'Summer of Inclusivity' next week. We've planned an exciting schedule of inclusion-focused topics to lead us into the summer holidays and, as always, we'd love to see you there. 

In each session, we'll be sharing legal insights and thought leadership on how employers can support their employees meaningfully and create a truly inclusive culture. We'll also be welcoming some fantastic guest speakers along the way, who will be sharing their expertise and practical experience.

For our first session, we'll be taking a deep dive into 'The EDI landscape in 2025' and the key trends and developments shaping workplaces everywhere. With the first half of the year seeing lots of political and media noise around EDI, many employers have been unsure about what their strategy should be looking forwards and where to focus their attention. Danielle Ingham and Nicola Ihnatowicz will be joined by Emily Pattinson of Inclusive Employers and Zainab Al-Farabi of Kingsley Napley to discuss how employers can cut through this noise to identify what matters most to their organisation and how they can empower their employees to develop and thrive.
