How can we help you?

In our next Trowers Tuesday session we'll be looking at all things DSARs.

In recent months we've seen an increasing number of DSARs being submitted to employers as employees and former employees search for that elusive 'smoking gun' as a precursor to litigation.

Responding to employee DSARs can often be costly and time heavy for employers, so in our session we will be covering some top tips and dos and don'ts for dealing with DSARs to ensure that employers are acting in accordance with the data protection legislation and reduce the risk of complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), along with some practical guidance.

Emma Burrows will be joined by Sophie Miller and John Turnbull to answer any questions you have on DSARs, employer obligations and how to respond to requests for data.

This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
