How can we help you?

Join us at 11.30am on 23 January when we'll be looking at pay bargaining.

Last year many organisations had challenges agreeing pay awards with trade unions and had to manage strikes and other industrial action alongside the pay bargaining process. Employers are now turning their minds to this year's pay reviews and what the negotiation process with trade unions might entail, against the backdrop of an uncertain political climate.

Emma Burrows will be joined by Nicola Ihnatowicz and Imogen Reseigh, and they will be pleased to answer your questions submitted beforehand and during the session. This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
