How can we help you?

In our first session after the Easter break, we'll be turning to the incoming changes to family friendly and flexible working rights including best practice and top tips for employers.

April is always a busy time of year for people professionals and 2024 looks to be no different.  A number of changes will come into force on 6 April 2024 including the introduction of carer's leave and changes to the flexible working regime, preferential redundancy rights and paternity leave. Employers of the future need to be equipped with knowledge of the detail of these changes to ensure that their response and internal policies are robust and remain up to date and so that they can deal with employee requests and the new law confidently.

Emma Burrows will be joined by Vikki Cunliffe and Jake Wilkie, and they will be pleased to answer your questions submitted beforehand and during the session. This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
