Please join us at our webinar on Tuesday 19 October 2021 at 11.30 am, when we will be talking about flexible working.

‎We are delighted to be joined by barrister Rachel Barrett from Cloisters. Rachel has a varied employment practice and regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal for employers and employees. She recently represented Alice Thompson winning £185,000 in a sex discrimination case against her former estate agent employer, a widely reported case which has reignited the conversation around flexible working.

As we move into the next phase of the pandemic and many are returning to the workplace, flexible working requests (and associated grievances and claims) are on the rise. It’s important that employers deal with these requests properly and understand the risks of getting it wrong. We'll also be looking at the current Government consultation on making flexible working the default. If you would like to complete our survey on the consultation click here.

There is opportunity to submit questions on the registration page. Please note, the register button will take you to an external Zoom page.
