Li Ying Teng
Li Ying is a Senior Associate in the International Corporate Department, based in Oman. She advises clients across Oman, the GCC and East Asia on a wide range of cross-border corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and negotiating commercial contracts.
Having joined the firm's Kuala Lumpur office in 2020 before relocating to Muscat in 2023, Li Ying brings a genuinely cross-border perspective to her practice. She advises multinational corporations, government related entities, investment platforms and private businesses on complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters, often involving multiple jurisdictions. Her work spans the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation, completion and post-closing implementation.
Her work has attracted recognition from both clients and industry commentators. In 2026, shortly after her promotion to Senior Associate and within three years of joining the firm's Middle East practice, Li Ying has been shortlisted for "Senior Associate of the Year" at the LexisNexis Middle East Legal Awards, reflecting her growing profile and contribution to significant transactions across the region.
