Impact-linked carried interest
In a private equity and venture capital context, carried interest is a share of a fund's profits that a fund manager is entitled to receive, as incentivisation for generating profits for the fund.

Sarah has advised a range of clients, including governmental institutions, banks, fund managers and operating businesses, in various sectors including private equity, financial services, real estate development, telecommunications, healthcare, food & beverage, insurance, education and aviation.
