Tash Saunders


Tash is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department. She is based in our London office.

Tash joined the firm as an associate in 2026, having completed her training contract at Ashurst. During her training contract, Tash completed seats in Financial Regulation, Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Real Estate, in addition to a 6-month secondment to the legal property team at Heathrow Airport. 

Tash has experience working with a variety of corporate occupiers, landlords, and institutional investors in relation to their real estate interests in the UK. Tash has worked on a diverse range of transactions including asset management, commercial development, and landlord and tenant matters, across a variety of sectors including office, retail, industrial, and logistics.

2021: LLB in Jurisprudence from University of Oxford
