Meera Solanki
Meera is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration.
Meera acts for both businesses and private individuals in litigious and advisory matters including contractual and shareholder disputes, charities, and disputes emanating from private wealth, trusts and estates.
She also has experience in conducting investigations into allegations of fraud and dishonesty, freezing and tracing assets and in group action litigation.
Meera is familiar with every stage of the litigation process, having been involved in claims in the Administrative Court, Bankruptcy and Companies Court, County Court and High Court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
As part of her qualification, Meera was a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department before completing her first seat in the Real Estate department, her second seat in the Commercial Litigation department and her final seat in the Corporate and Commercial department.
