Emily Searle


Emily is an Associate in the planning team and is based in our London office.

Emily qualified into the London Planning team in September 2025 after completing her training contract with the firm. Her training contract consisted of six months in each of the London Planning & Environmental, Real Estate (Investment and Development), Grant Funding, and Property Litigation departments. 

In her time with the Planning department, Emily has assisted with acting for public and private bodies on various aspects of planning, including section 106 agreements, compulsory purchase orders, legal research and due diligence, with a particular focus on affordable housing.

Emily's wider experience at the firm has included acting for government agencies, Registered Providers and private developers in respect of large-scale property projects (including arising out of change of control acquisitions) and grant funding arrangements.
