Claire Scanlon


Claire is a senior associate in the corporate team with experience in a broad range of corporate law matters, including private company mid-market M&A (both UK and international), private equity and investments and joint ventures.

Claire's experience also includes providing advice on non-transactional corporate matters, including group reorganisations, corporate governance and shareholder arrangements. She advises a range of clients, including start-ups, entrepreneurs, owner managers, private investors and property funds and has experience in managing complex cross-border projects.

Recent experience includes advising Apache Capital on its £160 million student accommodation sale, the founders of Ten Health & Fitness on Foresight's £4 million growth capital investment, SIRVA on its hugely complex multi-jurisdiction acquisition of the Team Relocations Group.

Also, advising on the MBO of Aston Barclay, a leading car auction business, including the significant investment by Rutland Partners, and advising on the £4 million investment by a Hong Kong-based investor in a UK real estate business.
