Raegan Leather

She advises individuals, families and business owners in relation to a broad range of private wealth matters, including estate planning, wills, powers of attorney and estate administration. Raegan has a particular interest in dealing with complex estates and matters involving inheritance tax and taxable estates, helping clients to navigate often complicated issues and putting effective plans in place for the future. She offers a practical and personal approach, ensuring that advice is tailored to each client's individual circumstances and long term objectives. Raegan has a particular interest in agricultural work and advising clients with farming and rural assets. She really enjoys working closely with clients and their families to understand the wider picture and help them plan effectively for succession and protection of their wealth. Raegan is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently on the STEP West of England committee having previously acted as Chair for three years.
