Samantha is an Associate Solicitor in our Corporate Commercial department in our Birmingham office.
Samantha's experience includes working on M&A transactions in the private sector, particularly within recruitment; shareholder agreements and articles of association; asset purchases and disposals and company restructuring. While at Trowers she has undertaken work related to owner managed businesses and corporate governance matters.
