Paul sits on the management board and is responsible for the people agenda at the firm.
He brings with him a wealth of experience gained in professional services and also the construction and logistics sectors, in particular around change management, recruitment, reward, employee relations, development and retention of people in both a domestic and international capacity.
Paul has been heavily involved in managing the direction of the firm's D&I programme and with support of the social mobility programmes that take place across the firm, increasing access to the profession.
Paul leads a team of 22 staff spread across each of our UK offices. The team has won a number of awards in recognition of its success in the sector.
